Upcoming Concerts
There are lots of bluegrass festivals all over the place this summer. Check our Bluegrass Happenings page to see what's on.

Our fall and winter lineup is already taking shape, so mark your calendar now. You will not want to miss these concerts:

October 16, 2008 Bluegrass Breakdown Concert  featuring 4 bluegrass bands:
  • Down to the Wood (Edmonton),
  • Laurie Lewis and the Right Hands (California http://www.laurielewis.com/),
  • Chris Stuart & Back Country (California http://www.chrisstuart.com/) and
  • Rebecca Frazier & Hit and Run (Tennessee http://www.hitandrunbluegrass.com/news) 
at the Old Timer's Log Cabin 9430-99 St. Doors 7:00 pm Show 7:30 pm.
Each of these bands will be instructors at our 9th Annual Fall Bluegrass Workshop, October 17-19th at Camp He Ho Ha

This brand new band, made up of seasoned veterans, won the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America (SPBGMA) 2008 Album of the Year.

We all have skills and knowledge to contribute to the club and what better way to do that than to sit on the board which meets monthly for about one to two hours on a circle night. It's a small commitment to show your support. Contact any of the board members for more information on how you may become involved.
